Sheraton Carlton Hotel

The grand expanse of the hotel lobby begins with the two-story high, powder blue, tone on tone drapery treatments and continues with the play of custom colored hand woven damask fabrics.

The glamorous Baccarat crystal chandeliers cluster over carefully placed seating groups. All of these magnificent details are staged under the umbrella of the historic mahogany and ebony wood hand-painted Palazzo style ceiling.

The Sheraton Carlton Hotel is more than 70 years old and is listed on the National Register of Historic places. Designed on a model of an Italian Palazzo, President Calvin Coolidge cut the ceremonial ribbon and every president since has been a guest at the hotel.
